2. Agreement Acceptance

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a koi228 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information must be truthful and verifiable.

4.2 KYC Verification

Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever comes first), you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires uploading a clear photo or scan of your Indonesian ID card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification document. We may also request proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe will be restricted from withdrawing funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify koi228 customer support of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. koi228 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. koi228 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at our discretion for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. In such cases, we will attempt to return your funds minus any disputed amounts, subject to investigation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

koi228 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit varies by payment method and account status. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed using the same method as your deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. The maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 unless otherwise arranged with VIP management. Withdrawal processing times average 3-5 minutes for bank transfers and 1-3 minutes for e-wallets during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday requests may take up to 30 minutes.

5.3 Verification Requirements

5.5 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for detailed terms. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

koi228 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions which are published on the promotional page or sent via email. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in total wagers. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live casino 5-10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is Rp 50.000 for slots and Rp 100.000 for table games unless otherwise specified. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may void the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

koi228 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused or violated. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, irregular play patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or using betting strategies that exploit bonus terms. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

6.5 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal while bonus wagering requirements are incomplete, the bonus and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus play will be withdrawable.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding only after you receive confirmation from the koi228 system. Confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history. In the event of system error or dispute, the transaction log maintained by koi228 is the authoritative record.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets including bandar bola (football betting) on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions follow standard market rules. Bets are settled based on official results at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets are typically voided unless the match is completed within 48 hours. Dead heat rules apply where relevant. Asian handicap and over/under markets follow industry-standard settlement rules.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Slot games, table games, and live casino games are provided by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others. 7.5 Disputes and Complaints

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or have any dispute regarding game results, you must contact customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Please provide your username, transaction ID, date, and detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Decisions made by koi228 management are final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on koi228 and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods or identity theft
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities or system errors
• Money laundering or use of koi228 services for illegal fund transfers
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other players
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Underage gambling or allowing minors to access your account
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access source code

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by User

You may temporarily suspend your account at any time through our Responsible Gaming tools, which include 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, and 6-month self-exclusion options. You may also request permanent account closure by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

9.2 Suspension by koi228

koi228 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious or fraudulent activity, chargebacks or payment disputes, violation of bonus terms, use of prohibited software or strategies, or as required by law or regulatory authority. In the event of suspension, we will attempt to notify you via email with the reason for suspension and any required actions.

9.3 Funds Upon Termination

If your account is closed in good standing, you may withdraw any remaining balance. If your account is closed due to breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, koi228 reserves the right to withhold disputed funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraud, violation of Terms, or illegal activity will be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koi228 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

koi228's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. All betting and gaming decisions are made at your own discretion and risk. koi228 does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service at all times. 11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against koi228.
